Inrecruiting is a web-based Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage and streamline the entire recruiting process — from posting vacancies to candidate selection — all-in-one solution.
The platform primarily automates the repetitive tasks such as screening résumés, scheduling interviews with candidates or sending communication emails on behalf of
the recruiting companies. In-recruiting has invested heavily in machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) that enables its ATS to identify the top candidates based on client’s stored profile information and digital résumés. The solution recognizes keywords and content from each application, ranks every résumé for comparing the applicants and enabling the recruiters to streamline and immediately identify the most promising candidate from a vast data pool. The initial selection of candidates is followed by the clients in collaboration with their recruiters to verify the process’s accuracy in candidate selection and direct their focus only on the best candidates. In-recruiting allows clients to post job vacancies across global boards/portals and social networks through a multi-posting channel. The solution also provides various performance reports and KPIs on recruitment activities to manage their recruiting process further. Considering the candidate journey, In-recruiting supports multiple languages and allows candidates to apply for job vacancies from any device, upload résumés through file hosting services such as Dropbox and Google Drive, and provides visual information on the client's environment to enable a better understanding of their workplace.
