Imperative Energy is a leading
supplier of Bioenergy solutions (heat,
steam and power) to clients in the
commercial, public and industrial
sectors through purposely built
biomass plant at the client’s site.
Energy Supply Contract (ESCO):
basically a design, build, finance and
operate contract under which IEL
undertakes system design,
fuel
supply, equipment supply, finance,
installation, operation and
maintenance. IEL supplies metered
low cost, low carbon energy (heat
and/or power) to the client under 10-
25 year contracts, at a pre-agreed
and index-linked price.
System Supply & Install
(Equipment/Fuel Only): clients
can choose to cover the capital cost
of the biomass system themselves, in
which case IEL completes a
straightforward Supply & Install.
IEL can then support the client with
fuel supply and service/maintenance
contracts.
