The Group,
based in Toulouse, has design offices in France and China as well as sales centers in Germany and Spain. The Group is made up of 4 business divisions:
Distribution of DIY tools (Builder Innovation); SAV: Spare parts and repair subcontracted for signs and their factories in Asia (SWAP-Europe); Distribution of garden tools (TCK Garden and TS Garden); Design and sales platform in China (Hangzhou Co). The Group aims to become a leader in the after-sales service and online sales of tooling and garden products.
