Unlike conventional real estate developers who acquire land first and then launch a product, Homestead believes in creating a business model and a product concept first and then look for land that can be best fitted for that business model. This ensures that any new product launch is well crafted and thought through.
Homestead has already successfully launched two premium residential apartments in Gurgaon based on this philosophy and is working on new business models which will be a game changing proposition for the company nationally and internationally.
