Higher Level Care provides a range of services for young persons aged between 16 and 21 through residential care and support.
The ethos of Higher Level Care is an assurance to provide high quality care in home-like environments, working with young persons to enable re-integration into the wider community.
The young person is at the center of
everything we do; this means that we work closely with local authorities to prepare a care plan that suits the young person’s individual needs. Part of this package may include help with education, basic life skills such as cooking, and help in finding employment. Our mentors also provide emotional support to help the young persons through issues that they may have.
Higher Level Care operates many types of semi-independent projects. These projects have a varying level of provision that can vary between 5 hours to 24-hour support dependent on the young person’s needs. We can provide short-term crisis intervention through to long-term placements. The project tab above provides more information on the projects currently in operation.
