HiChina is a domain registrar that is accredited by both ICANN (Internet Corporation for Names and Numbers) and CNNIC (China Internet Network Information Center), both of which are the highest internet administrative organizations in the world. Founded in 1996, HiChina is a subsidiary of Alibaba.
