About the Company
Helix Security was born out of the National Center for Information Security (NCIS), housed at Dakota State University in Madison, South Dakota. Helix Security founder, Dr. Kevin Streff, has served as the Director of the NCIS since its formation in 2001. Under his direction, the NCIS has worked closely with businesses to develop strategies and tools
to assist them in complying with federal and state regulations and guarding non-public assets against cyber attack and identity theft.
Dr. Streff originally developed intellectual property and information technology assets related to the banking and financial services industry. As founder of Helix Security, Dr. Streff has applied this knowledge to other industries.
