About the Company

Hear2Read (Tamil) is first of a series of Text-To-Speech (TTS) plug-in engine for Indic languages. It was developed jointly by www.Hear2Read.org and Carnegie Mellon University. The App plugs in Android TTS framework such that it can be used by any applications (including Talkback) to Read Tamil text by listening to machine generated speech.
