Haystack Software is a Mac software development firm in Massachusetts, USA. Our goal is to make software that makes users feel like they're awesome. In other words, we make software that's easy to use, that "just works," and that lets users get stuff done.
We're fanatical about customer support. We are obsessed with
eliminating bugs in our products, and if you find bugs we're incredibly fast at fixing them. It's not unusual to have a fix in under 24 hours. All software can have bugs, but no one is more committed to fixing them.
