HaulBadge addresses a growing epidemic of fraud, double brokering, and vehicle theft in the auto transport industry. The platform automatically detects double brokering risk, identifies broker-only entities, and flags carriers with inactive or revoked federal authority.
For verified carriers, HaulBadge provides a unique HaulBadge ID, a trust score out of 100, and a QR code to present at vehicle pickup. When scanned, the QR code displays the driver's verified identity, insurance status, DOT number, and trust score in real time.
HaulBadge also offers pickup verification sheets — shareable, QR-verifiable documents that include verified carrier credentials, step-by-step release instructions, and vehicle condition photo documentation. The person releasing the vehicle can upload timestamped photos directly from their phone before the driver takes possession, creating a permanent record tied to that specific load.
A dedicated broker tool allows auto transport brokers and dealerships to generate and send personalized pickup verification pages directly to customers.
