Harju JK Laagri organizes internal league formats, local and international youth tournaments, and club-based events to provide regular match experience. The club also arranges summer city camps, kindergarden training programs, and themed football days for younger children. In collaboration with international partners, it hosts specialized clinics and training weeks led by coaches from European clubs to support the development of advanced youth players and coaches.
