About the Company
Innovation is the product of necessity. In an office, on the west side of sunny Los Angeles, CA, a tech company is running Google Apps, a CRM system, and hosted VOIP phone solution, when somebody finally asked the question: How can we integrate our phone system with our CRM and our Google Applications?
We wanted to give our sales and support
teams the ability to automatically log all of their outgoing calls directly to their CRM without having to manually log the call. We wanted to give management better visibility into day-to-day operations with just a click of the button.
If only there was hosted VOIP solution which integrated with Google Apps and other cloud based business applications ... There is and it’s gUnify!
