Griffith Hack is one of Australia's largest and oldest intellectual property firms, with a history stretching back more than 100 years. Griffith Hack Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys and IP Lawyers can trace its roots back more than a century to two of the oldest patent attorney firms in Australia.
The national firm Griffith Hack & Co
was created from the merger in 1988 of Griffith Hassel & Frazer in Sydney and Clement Hack & Co in Melbourne. Griffith Hack & Co then established patent attorney practices in Perth and Brisbane, and associated legal practices in Melbourne and Sydney. The firm's name was shortened to Griffith Hack in 1997.
Intellectual property defines a client’s most precious and valuable assets – their ideas, brands and technology. Traditional business approaches look at protecting what you’ve got. Their approach is to ask how your IP can open up new opportunities.
At Griffith Hack, they’re using a quantitative lens to give you a fresh perspective on your markets, your business, your innovation and your brands. Beyond protecting IP, they’re also helping you make the most of it through smarter strategy, performance tracking and management. They do this by bringing together their deep and broad technical, legal, analytical and financial expertise.
Successfully developing, monetising and enforcing your IP requires broad based thinking and commercial acumen and with this as their foundation, they’re ready to help you maximise competitive advantage through brands, technology and innovation.
