Cross border shopping can be a frustrating for customers especially when products seem to have a higher price tag due to additional fees such as shipping, handling and duty taxes. Compatibility and warranty can also be an issue from country to country plus when we order from sites like E-bay or Alibaba; we have to worry about seller reliability or
even if we can trust the online merchant. Many times the order arrives late in cross border shopping.
So What if we created a global warranty on the manufacturers warranty? What if we controlled the online order every step of the way? What if we improved on shipping fees and delivery times? What if there was a way to make this extremely affordable and reliable for consumers?
