In general taxi service providers are not
big enough to connect to a vast customer base online or to develop their own fully professionalized online presence and data processing. Meanwhile the large (sometimes international) travel/transportation concepts do not have sufficient local market knowledge and available data. The result is a lower occupancy rate than could be, less turnover for platforms, taxi companies and concepts, as well as frustration for travelers (as they become ever demanding through the smartphone in the palm of their hands). Gotrida provides solutions for various market parties and (cross border) mobility concepts.
