Opening up to last-minute customers, low-budget customers, and customers defeated by a high barrier of effort to travel. Gluide is first to facilitate personalized tours in a share-economy model. Alternatives do not account for travel pitfalls that locals can avoid like traffic, parking, etc, and only herd travelers to promoted content. Gluide focuses on building high-quality providers and creating "We met a local and had an amazing time" experiences.
