Company Performance Metrics
Gilead Dynamics develops cleantech systems for recycling end-of-life tires into reusable materials. The company’s flagship platform, the CBX (Carbon Black Extractor), is a mobile, modular unit that processes tire shreds into recycled carbon black, oil, and syngas. The CBX is designed to operate on standard trailers at or near tire stockpiles,
reducing transportation requirements associated with centralized plants. It uses a nitrogen-filled, three-chamber Gilead Reactor that applies microwave-based thermal processing to break down tire material into saleable byproducts. Gilead Dynamics targets governments, grant-funded consortiums, and tire manufacturers that need to address tire waste and secure consistent supplies of recycled carbon black. The company also provides technical support, training, and lifecycle services around deployment and operation of the CBX platform.
