Giftsy is a peer to peer online community marketplace that connects two people together so they can exchange and gift pre-loved clothing. It is like bringing the “Barter” system back with a modern, technological twist. If a person doesn't want to trade then they can choose to give away items for free to those who want it which builds
awareness towards sharing and helping others. The person who wants the items then simply writes a reason about why she wants them and the giver will choose the reason that touches her heart.
2 main current global challenges that we are solving are (Global environmental issues: Climate change, waste, pollution, energy and water consumption, and resource exploitation ) and (Root cause of excessive consumption: Consumerism exacerbated by emptiness, loneliness and disconnection from ourselves, each other, community, society, and the world.)
Giftsy helps consumers to reutilize items by exchanging or gifting them to others, Builds awareness and habits in its users centered around sharing and helping others and facilitates deeper connections between its users
