Publicly traded on the TSX Venture Exchange (GGL-TSX V), GGL was founded in 1981 with the
goal of exploring gold and copper in British Columbia. The company was called Gerle Gold Ltd. until the name was changed to more appropriately reflect its increasingly diverse exploration activities and holdings.
