The platform transforms recruitment through gamification and data science improving efficiency and quality of hiring. Using the best tools of neuroscience and behavioral sciences, we collect data and, through Artificial Intelligence algorithms, we carry out predictive analysis of job
performance.
Our AI-Powered algorithm identifies the critical factors from current top employees and looks for those variables in the candidates. The model compares the fit between the applicants with the ideal profile generating a Fit Score.
Additionally, the system looks for important data from applicant’s LinkedIn profiles and their CVs. Finally, the platform incorporates video interviews letting candidates to introduce themselves. As a result, genoma.work increases the quality of hire reduces time to hire and enhances candidate experiences.
