About the Company
GeneriMed is an LLC. We are going to provide medical devices to hospitals employing the model used by generic pharmaceutical companies. We will be copying devices as soon as the patents are expired and marketing them to the hospital corporations at the C level. These products will save the hospitals a minimum of 40%. We will not be employing sales
people or distributors since all sales will occur at the corporate C level. Sales will be accomplished by GeneriMed corporate employees. This C level sales model is starting to be employed by some companies but the distributors and sales reps are still employed.
GeneriMed will be outsourcing; legal, regulatory, production, product design and any other functions possible.
