Frontline Baddies is a non-profit organization that focuses on mental health, burnout, and community care support for frontline workers. frontline workers, community groups, and non-profit management teams who support people experiencing addiction, housing instability, and related crises. Frontline Baddies also produces a podcast and other digital media that share frontline experiences, explore systemic issues, and promote harm reduction practices. In addition, it offers private peer groups, community discussions, and customized trainings to help organizations build systems that prevent burnout and support staff well-being. The organization uses fundraiser merchandise and educational materials to sustain its operations and reinforce harm reduction messages.
