Currently, there are successful location based services like Badoo and Skout. However, those services are positioning as a dating service which problems caused by
random, instant matching and abuse of anonymity are not solved yet.
Therefore, we came to the conclusion that there has to be a service where users can meet diverse friends in a trusted place and moreover, make friends who are very responsive to each other.
