Frigade is an AI-powered product adoption platform for modern SaaS companies — a next-generation digital adoption platform where an in-product AI assistant replaces manual scripting, documentation, and tour-building.
At the core of Frigade is an AI assistant that lives inside a customer's application, automatically learns the product
end-to-end, and helps end users get things done. It answers questions, troubleshoots issues, and takes real actions on their behalf — opening modals, navigating to settings, and walking users through multi-step workflows.
Unlike legacy user onboarding tools, chatbots that route users to help center articles, or tour builders that require engineers to script every flow, Frigade's AI assistant adapts continuously as the product evolves. No static tours to maintain, no documentation to keep in sync, no custom UI for engineers to build. The AI understands the product on its own and meets users where they are.
Frigade also includes Suggestions, a proactive in-app guidance layer that recognizes when a user is stuck or missing a feature and teaches them in context — highlighting UI elements and walking them through the right workflow at the right moment.
SaaS and product-led growth (PLG) teams use Frigade to drive user activation, reduce support tickets, improve feature adoption, accelerate time-to-value, and lift retention — all without diverting engineering time into onboarding UI or overwhelming customer success teams with documentation work.
Frigade is a Y Combinator (W23) company headquartered in San Francisco, serving B2B SaaS companies from early-stage startups to public enterprises.
