Flybrix offers kits for making rebuildable, crash-friendly drones using LEGO® bricks.
The kit comes complete with all the parts and instructions to build three different drone designs, such as quad, hexacopter, and octocopter, without needing any extra tools or supplies. Users can fly their designs and any other 4, 6, or 8-motor airframes, using
the Flybrix Flight Control app or using an optional R/C controller.
Flybrix is specifically designed to challenge everybody, from grade school to grad school. It offers a unique learning experience over a basic toy drone. The brain under the hood is a complete computer system that you can learn to program using the Arduino development environment. Flybrix is open-source.
