FIXO is a mobile solution that enables property managers to save time on communication, so they can deliver better customer service. This leads to higher tenant satisfaction, retention, and increased revenues. Through a centralized system, managers are able handle maintenance requests more efficiently and deliver building information and updates in
real-time.
Currently in its early stages of development, our team is focusing on two key features:
Maintenance Request Management - Managers can receive, track, and follow-up with maintenance issues in one place. They're able to add notes and communicate with tenants and/or staff, so all information is tracked and documented for each request. And cluttered email inboxes and multiple folder can be avoided.
Broadcast Building Messages - Managers can instantly notify their tenants of building updates, information, or reminders directly from the platform. Tenants can receive the message through the application, by email, or by text message.
50% of tenant turnover is due to avoidable causes that can be controlled by property management companies, mainly poor customer service. Managers handle multiple, inefficient communication channels that result in poor responsiveness, little follow up and a lack of transparency with their tenants. These types of experiences are key factors in their decision to renew their lease.
