FitX is a fitness app designed with beginner, intermediate and advanced athletes in mind. Specific workout plans have been tailored to different levels of difficulty and allows users to progress to more advanced workouts as they build strength and stamina.
All predefined exercises include video examples performed by professional trainers showing
the exact technique to use. Not only do proper posture and technique improve the effectiveness of each workout, but they give the beginner easy-to-understand instruction on how to safely execute the workout, building good habits in the meantime.
Each workout also includes anatomically correct diagrams showing the exact muscles targeted. Custom workouts can be defined giving you the flexibility to create your own routines and incorporate them into your workout plans. Built-in calendaring gives you the ability to look back in time and see how you have performed and the workouts you have completed as you keep track of your progress.
