About the Company
Emily and Matt have decades of combined coffee and alcohol industry experience. Fitch Brew Co was born out of the dream to explore the synergies between these two industries. The process used to make Fitch Cold Brew creates a coffee product unlike no other. It all starts with quality coffee beans, roasted and ground specifically, to extract
exceptional flavour. In cold-brewing heat is replaced with an extended brewing period (>20 hours). Once the beans are fully saturated the liquid is filtered to remove any sediment leaving a smooth and clean cold brew coffee product.
