t all started in 1992 with a student passionate about sailing, Philippe Brunet. After having created the Nautical Club of
Paris X-Nanterre and rented Hobie Cats on a Breton beach in the summer, he decided to embark on the hiring of sailboats at the end of his studies. Filovent was born! After seas and oceans, fresh water! In the continuity was founded the company RiverandBoat, specialized in the river cruise in boats without license, on the canals and rivers of France and Europe.
Since 1995, the company connects customers wishing to sail with shipowners wishing to complete their booking schedule. Filovent now has the largest catalog in Europe with 18,000 boats referenced from many destinations (France, Croatia, Greece, West Indies ...). In 2016, we have taken more than 10,000 people aboard sailboats, catamarans, motor yachts ...
In order to accelerate its technical and commercial development, the group raised 750,000 euros at the end of 2016. Filovent also supports Clarisse Crémer in her project to cross the Atlantic during the mini-transat.
