Fijishi is a sovereign command doctrine organisation incorporated in India in 2023, with fifteen years of underlying research into the constitutional governance layer above AI compliance frameworks and AI infrastructure providers. Fijishi operates at what it calls the Third Space - the constitutional command layer that specifies what sovereign
governance of autonomous AI systems actually requires technically, not aspirationally. This layer sits above AI compliance tools and above AI infrastructure providers. It was unnamed and unoccupied before Fijishi defined it.
Fijishi's work is grounded in its Constitutional Command Portfolio - 21 frameworks including BSA-63 hardware attestation, the Sovereign Algorithmic Immunity Doctrine, and the Institutional Failover Charter architecture. These frameworks address the specific technical gap that no compliance standard, no responsible AI principle, and no infrastructure provider has addressed - what cryptographic proof of correct autonomous AI operation looks like when a sovereign court, a parliamentary committee, or an international tribunal demands it.
Fijishi operates through two subsidiaries - Fijishi Sovereign Design Authority (FSDA) and Fijishi Constitutional Assurance (FCA) - each addressing a distinct layer of sovereign constitutional command engagement.
Fijishi and its subsidiaries are fully bootstrapped, self-funded profitable organization.
