Fidelizoo helps small businesses and franchises increase the number of customers by providing them customized loyalty programs. It partners with companies and encourages them to grant discounts, gifts, and promotions for their regular customers in order to make them visit back. It also provides businesses with tools to understand customer’s
preferences and consumption habits.
Customers can obtain their Fidelizoo code, a unique identification code, by downloading the Fidelizoo app or by picking a loyalty card available near the counters of shops. Stores need to have a tablet with the Fidelizoo app near their POS system in order to enable customers to scan their loyalty card or app to earn points and get presents. Customers earn points every time they scan the Fidelizoo code.
Fidelizoo partners with a variety of business such as restaurants, fast food chains, pubs, beauty salons, dry cleaners, petrol stations, and more.
Fidelizoo’s subscription types for businesses include Free: reward management for 50 clients; Basic: reward management for 300 clients with marketing material and 50 Fidelizoo cards; Standard: reward management for 1000 clients with marketing material, 100 Fidelizoo cards, and 2 email marketing campaigns per month; and Professional: reward management for unlimited clients with marketing material, 1000 Fidelizoo cards, and 4 email marketing campaigns per month.
