FERZ builds runtime authorization infrastructure for AI in regulated enterprises.
In healthcare, financial services, and government, AI cannot be deployed in core processes without governance that is deterministic, fail-closed, and audit-ready. Existing approaches - probabilistic guardrails, post-hoc monitoring, and human review - do not meet that
standard.
FERZ operates at the action boundary between AI systems and real-world execution, authorizing or blocking each action before it occurs and producing cryptographic proof of every decision. This creates a non-bypassable control layer for AI in environments where permissions, not probabilities, determine whether deployment is possible.
As AI moves into regulated decision pathways, pre-execution authorization becomes a structural requirement. FERZ published the theoretical foundations for deterministic AI governance, filed patents across its core architectural pathways, and is building the runtime infrastructure that implements them. For the portion of the AI market that cannot operate without authorization, this layer is not optional—it is inevitable.
Six patent families filed, six defensive publications, one open standard. Delaware C-Corp headquartered in McLean, Virginia.
