EEO complaint or really any legal issues where an attorney is needed to NOT hire anyone from the Aaron Wersing Law Firm or the other name his firm uses is Federal Employment Law Firm of Aaron Wersing. Save yourself the money & headache. If you meet with him or any attorney employed by his firm - like Jacqueline Trevino - to decide if you want to hire them, don't fall for their sales act. Wersing and Trevino are quite the sales people (think car salesman but attorneys at Wersing's Law Firm), they sound like they know what they're doing, in fact, they tout themselves to be experts in federal employment legal issues and while they may portray to be & sound impressive, believe me, they are not. After the first initial consultation, there will be no more positive impressions, they'll be fake promises that they're working on your case, but sadly, they're ruining any chance of a positive outcome, regardless of how strong your proof is. They tell you what you want to hear, so that they can line their pockets & ultimately ruin any chance of legal recourse you may have because of their incompetence and lies. Then when you look up how to file a complaint on this incompetent firm & all their attorneys, you'll see the State Bar of Texas reviews any complaints of impropriety or unethical behavior to hold them accountable - which is laughable. I knew it would be a long shot, despite all of the hard proof I had that his firm made promises, in writing, but failed to do, well, anything actually, that they were hired to, the Texas Bar dismissed my case. Ironic that the Texas Bar are "investigating" their colleagues & peers - what type of system polices their own? Not many, why? Because they see things through a skewed nepotism lens that is never impartial, thus protecting those law firms they promise to hold accountable for unethical business practices. I promise you, find a more reputable & hardworking firm, Aaron Wersing & any of his legal staff are not. You will only be sorry that they took your money & still be harassed by those you originally hired Aaron Wersing & his firm to protect you from. Frankly, dealing with Wersing and his staff, made my entire situation worse, which I'm sure as he's reading this, he'll be smiling & laughing about. Why? Because that's the clown Wersing & his firm are. Promising you things to your face, but laughing all the way to bank while draining your savings. This firm & the employees have no conscience, nor do they care to provide the best legal defense for their clients. Who else has no conscience & don't care what lies they tell to make a quick buck? Car salesmen. I hate to muddy the title of a car sales man with Aaron Wersing & his staff, because they're actually worse than that. You may get the same slimy & gross feeling from both, but at least you'd get a car with the salesman. With Wersing & his firm? You'll get nothing but anxiety, stress and a drained savings account, met with sub-par legal prowess and mediocre character. How they look themselves in the mirror by stealing money from a single mother & then to be protected by the Texas Bar is outrageous. If you have any questions, I have a lot of proof of their incompetence & unethical behavior, it won't help my case, but if it could help anyone else, I'd be happy to help & count it as a win.
