Fabriq provides Smart Lighting Control Services for commercial buildings in a cloud based, Software as a Service (SaaS) business model. Conceived from the ground up to be the simplest to use and least expensive solution in the market, Fabriq is part of an LED retrofit with wireless controls (occupancy sensors, daylight harvesters, switches) and
delivers commissioning, configuration, operational, and energy management capabilities. Fabriq’s patented commissioning technologies drive complexity and labor cost out of projects and enable mass deployment through value-added reseller (VAR) channels.
Fabriq will be offered to the broad market as a complete open & standards based (Zigbee) solution, as well as to lighting OEMs as a Platform upon which to quickly and easily deliver a complete wireless Smart Lighting solution that leverages the OEMs unique offerings & technology – without the associated development costs, staff and ramp-up.
