Expertiger connects private customers, self-employed and small business owners, who are having computer problems, with their personal IT expert. This “Expertiger” then instantly helps via telefone and remote tech
support. The market for remote IT support is huge, only in Germany there is a revenue potential of over € 90 million. As a next step, in addition to remote tech support, trainings and offline services will be added, thus an even larger market can be reached. Furthermore, the market volume will also be extended by internationalization and strategic partnerships. There is no other crowd-sourced IT Support provider in the German market so far.
