Excite Dance operates as a gymnastics and dance club that provides structured sports education for children and young people. The organization offers rhythmic gymnastics, aesthetic group gymnastics, acrobatics, and dance training, combining apparatus work, flexibility exercises, and choreographed routines. Training is organized in age- and
level-based groups, from introductory classes for young children to advanced programs for competitive athletes. Excite Dance also runs regular practice sessions, internal exams, and participation in local and national competitions. In addition to weekly training, the club organizes camps, workshops, and public performances that allow students to apply their skills in event and showcase settings.
