Example is an independent global creative studio working with brands across hospitality, real estate, drinks and lifestyle. Founded in Sydney in 2017 by Andy El-Bayeh and Rebecca Jarvie-Gibbs, the agency operates dual hubs in Sydney and Dubai. Example's work spans brand strategy, creative direction, content, PR, social, experiential and
placemaking, with an earned-first methodology that treats culture as a commercial multiplier driving footfall, premium asset value and global fame. The agency's portfolio sits at the intersection of hospitality, real estate and lifestyle, shaping how Accor, Diageo, Bacardi Martini, Moët Hennessy, IHG and JW Marriott show up across new markets and new categories. In 2025 Andy El-Bayeh relocated to Dubai to lead Example's Middle East expansion, working directly with developers and global brand leaders on multi-billion-dollar masterplans and luxury portfolios. Example was named a finalist for PR Agency of the Year in Australia. Co-founders Andy El-Bayeh and Rebecca Jarvie-Gibbs won the PR, Media & Events category at the Sydney Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.
