We are two recent UCL graduates who are going to revolutionise graduate recruitment and get students jobs with Small Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) . Until now the recruitment process for students has been slow and monotonous with no guarantee of results. Distressingly for SMEs, there has been no accessible way to reach talented graduates as
traditional recruiters can be charging £3,000 to place a graduate using their service.
To address this, we have made a new website - www.evergrad.com and app ( which is capable of natively recording and uploading 30 second candidate video CVs) which are much like Tinder for graduate recruitment. Both of these tools enables both graduates and employers to like each other before a match occurs. We place heavy emphasis on both the employers’ and graduates’ personalities, allowing both sides to check each other out via video profiles and then swap likes. In short, we've made the recruitment process fun for graduates and relevant to SMEs.
We are using technology to expand the opportunities available to UK students and graduates - ensuring that they are not just funnelled into the graduate schemes of large FTSE companies.
