Evercondo is a fundamentally new way for condo / HOA managers to communicate and manage at scale. It’s a communication and management platform with a host of features that connects property managers, home owners, tenants, concierge and security via the Evercondo web and mobile app. This contrasts with the old way where both managers and
residents use a tangle of outdated tools, like phones, emails, fax and letters to communicate and manage day-to-day chores. This makes it hard for managers to deal with a large number of residents, resulting in miscommunication and poor quality of service for the entire community.
The Evercondo mobile app allows residents to quickly make reservations, get notifications for package deliveries, access community files, check account balances, make payments, read announcements and send messages to managers. Communities can be managed while on the go through the mobile app.
Using Evercondo Analytics, management companies are finally measuring and improving their services at scale using real life performance data such as overall response time and service request resolution.
