Company Performance Metrics
Esther's Echo is a grassroots non-profit organization that supports community-led development and women’s rights. The organization serves as an awareness and fundraising arm for the Women in Action Development Project, a vocational training center for young women and girls in Sierra Leone. It raises funds to cover school rent, teacher
salaries, equipment, and operational scholarships, and has also supported expansion to additional locations, child daycare facilities, and income-generating farmland. Esther's Echo promotes direct funding to local leaders rather than deploying external aid workers, reinforcing permanent community-based action. It also creates and distributes educational materials, including a K-12 curriculum guide, to introduce North American classrooms to international development models and women’s education initiatives in West Africa. Through these efforts, Esther's Echo focuses on increasing access to skills training in trades, business, and computers for women facing economic hardship and social barriers.
