ESSOUKNA,an approved real estate developer, was created in November 1983, on the initiative of the Société Immobilière et de Participations "SIMPAR" and under the aegis of the National Agricultural Bank "B.N.A.".
ESSOUKNA is a public limited company, with a capital of 5 MD. Listed on the stock exchange since September 20, 2006
and certified ISO 9001 since September 2008. The company is an important player in the private real estate development sector and aims to:

Since its creation the company has built various housing units, mainly based on Greater Tunis and the governorates of Bizerte, Nabeul (Hammamet) and Sousse.
In addition, ESSOUKNA has carried out several projects on behalf of, or with the other companies of the group, including "Les Œillets", "SIVIA", "El Medina" and "SIMPAR".
