In 2004 Espotting merged with NASDAQ listed FindWhat.com in a deal that valued the company at $186m and created a global corporation, servicing 100,000 clients across 3 continents. In July 2005 re-branded Espotting to MIVA across Europe. $1m marketing campaign.
