and users, the system prioritizes user experience while strengthening backend data processing and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capabilities. EnrollVB also operates a dedicated call center equipped for secure, high-performance operations. For in-person needs, trained benefit counselors conduct enrollments using tablet PCs, accessing real-time data through WiFi or cellular connections. The platform serves as a comprehensive tool for benefit administration and enrollment management.
