Embed Capital directly invests in startups, established or in the process of creation.
Embed is mainly focused on innovative companies that:
- Are active in the so-called “real economy” sectors: industrials, technology, environment, services, retail or social;
- Are characterized by simple and intuitive business models and value
propositions, and operate in markets or market segments featuring high growth potential;
- Present a clear competitive advantage and high barriers-to-entry;
- Are cash-generative in the medium term.
Given that Embed Capital is not a closed-end fund, it doesn’t have specific time-constrains and it can assess on a project-by-project basis to determine the best time to sell a participation, and sign customized agreements with the entrepreneurs.
