eFolioLogic is a dynamic, web-based tool for the search and discovery of private and public companies in a given market segment. Unlike common search engines that build comparison sets based upon broad industry classifications or financial profiles, eFolioLogic uses machine-learning techniques to focus its search results on similarities in the
underlying company capabilities. A user begins with a known market participant and the tool uses its proprietary algorithms and an interactive voting process to analyze its universal database of companies (currently populated by continuous internet data mining) and return a set of all companies that participate in the targeted space. The value proposition of eFolioLogic is that its Big Data-driven platform can make an inexperienced intern as efficient or productive as a seasoned manager with 30 years of experience at building comprehensive views of participants within a particular market segment or targeted industry.
