Company Performance Metrics
At Edmonton Engineering Group we pool together a bunch of resources to assemble all forms of structures in a streamlined and thorough process. Edmonton Engineering Group is not just a single entity and does not carry out one role, as we are a large-scale multitasking agency that incorporates a number of different human capital and machines.
To
assemble a building, home, or structure, we must operate within the most efficient manner possible. Typically, our construction sites (the actual location where the infrastructure is assembled) are managed by our project managers and supervised by our certified and experienced construction engineers, construction managers, and project architects. These individuals represent the hierarchy of the development company. The supervisors and project managers give out orders to the workers who physically assemble the base and the structure itself.
In addition to the hierarchy, the assembling of a construction project must be effectively planned. For the successful execution of any construction site, those involved in the building must carry out a cost & benefit analysis that deals with numerous factors that stretch beyond the tangible aspects of construction. As an example take the environmental implications of the work, the successful scheduling of the development project, the budget, and most significantly the safety measures of the project should be exhaustively planned.
