Ecoa-me is a B2B HRTech platform focused on preventing structural violence and managing psychosocial risks in the workplace. The platform combines anonymous emotional support, anti-violence education, and ethical compliance analytics to support organizations in creating safer and more accountable work environments.
Ecoa-me provides employees with
access to emotional support through a mobile app, delivered by psychologists specialized in violence, discrimination, trauma, and psychosocial risk. The platform is built on a privacy-first technical architecture that ensures anonymity and generates only aggregated, non-identifiable data for companies.
In addition to care delivery, Ecoa-me offers Anti-Violence Literacy programs for leadership and teams, addressing issues such as harassment, discrimination, sexism, racism, and workplace abuse. The Companies receive compliance dashboards designed for governance, ESG reporting, and regulatory alignment, without exposing individual identities.
Founded in January 2025, Ecoa-me operates in alignment with Brazil’s NR-01 regulation, which mandates psychosocial risk management programs for companies starting in May 2026. The platform targets mid-to-large organizations seeking structured, ethical, and compliant solutions beyond traditional corporate wellness offerings.
