Ebeano Newcomers Network is a nonprofit community organization that supports immigrants, refugees, and other newcomers as they adjust to life in Canada. The organization offers settlement and resettlement assistance, including information, navigation support, and access to emergency and temporary safe beds. It runs community workshops, language
exchange programs, cultural awareness initiatives, and anti-racism and advocacy activities that address systemic barriers facing marginalized groups. Ebeano Newcomers Network also provides culturally sensitive mental health support, counselling and immigration services, and programs aimed at reducing youth exposure to drug and substance abuse. Additional services include job readiness support, skills acquisition and development for youths and women, seniors welfare assistance, and food bank coordination. Through these programs, the organization focuses on integration, inclusion, and community development for newcomers and their families.
