E-MAC Corrosion Inc. provides pipeline indirect assessment, as well as various cathodic protection (CP) solutions, which include CP system design, material supply, installation, energization, annual survey, maintenance, and monitoring solutions. The company manufactures high silicon cast iron solutions, rectifiers, anode backfill solutions, CP test
stations/junction boxes, reference electrodes, insulating materials, instrumentation and test equipment, casing fillers, and tapes and wraps, as well as impressed current, mixed metal oxide, and sacrificial anodes; and supplies CP materials. It also offers services in the areas of CP system engineering designs for pipelines, well casings, tank bottoms, and underground tanks; external corrosion related failure analysis; impressed current system, sacrificial anode system, and test station installations; CP system design surveys; annual CP surveys; AC/DC electrical interference testing; rectifier maintenance/monitoring; and CP repairs, including rectifiers, cable breaks, ground bed replacements/expansions, and detrimental interference alleviation.
