DM Capital is the holding company of DM Fund Management Limited (Cayman), which solely manages DM Harmony Fund (www.harmonyfund.com), a Constructive Activist Fund focused on investing in and creating value with public Chinese companies listed on international stock exchanges in Hong Kong and New York.
Through its wholly owned subsidiary – DM Harmony Investment Advisors Ltd. (Shenzhen, China), DM Fund Management has 13 investment professionals in Shenzhen, Shanghai and Beijing.
In 2015, DM Capital spun off its Private Equity fund and investments into an affiliated company Pier99 Capital (www.Pier99Capital.com). Pier99 Capital is a professional advisory platform for international merger and acquisitions between China and Western Markets, predominantly Europe. It engages in M&A transactions, fundraising and in establishing partnerships between Chinese and European companies.
